Storage Rules 

To ensure the safety of our employees, our customers and their belongings the following items are prohibited from being stored in Urbin Attic facilities:

• Any living thing - this includes animals, insects, plants, etc.
• Firearms, ammunition or explosives
• Flammables of any kind (gas, diesel, kerosene, oil, paint, etc.)
• Food or other perishable goods
• Liquid items - anything that can spill or leak
• Illegal items - including stolen or counterfeit goods, drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Hazardous, toxic or poisonous items or materials
• Items that produce gas or odors
• Personal property which would result in the violation of any law or regulation of any governmental authority
