You can store just about anything with us including clothing, collectibles, household goods and oversized items like furniture, appliances, sporting goods, or holiday decorations. We pick up, store and return your items at the click of a button. Our online “attic” allows you to catalog your items with photos and descriptions, so you can access your stuff without ever having to visit a storage facility.

Just pick a date and time window during your check out. We can be there in as little as 48 hours, or you can schedule up to one month in advance.

Option 1 - Basic Value Protection - FREE and included with all orders
This is the most economical protection option available to you and is the minimum level of responsibility Urbin Attic must assume for a household goods shipment. This option provides coverage at $0.60 per pound per item. In case of loss or damage, the liability is $0.60 times the net weight of the lost or damaged goods. In the event of a loss or damage to one of a matched pair or set of items, Urbin Attic's maximum liability will be limited to the damage or loss of only the individual item.
Option 2 - Replacement Cost Coverage with Deductible
This option provides full value coverage less a $300 deductible to the customer and a maximum Urbin Attic liability up to the declared value or $5.00 times the net weight of the shipment, whichever is greater. If the you fail to select a level of valuation protection on the bill of lading, replacement value protection will be the default level in the case of a loss or damage claim. In the case of loss or damage Urbin Attic must repair the damaged goods to your satisfaction, reimburse you or replace the damaged goods for any amount above the $300 deductible. The $300 deductible applies to the entire shipment rather than each individual item.
Option 3 - Replacement Cost Coverage with No Deductible
This option provides full value replacement coverage for the customer and a maximum carrier liability up to the declared value or $5.00 times the net weight of the shipment, whichever is greater. In the case of loss or damage the carrier will either repair, to the customer's satisfaction, reimburse, or replace the lost or damaged item. If the carrier decides to reimburse for or replace a lost or damaged item, the carrier may claim the lost or damaged item as its property.

There is a $24 per month storage minimum and 3 month commitment.
If your order contains only regular sized items there is a $10 per trip fee, if you have any oversized items the per trip fee is $80.
Return deliveries require 48-hour notice. A $25 fee will be applied to appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48-hour notice.
Labor costs are $35 per mover, per hour, with a one hour minimum for all jobs. The first hour is always free and included in your order.
We will return your items whenever you want; however, we do have a $24 per month, 3 month storage commitment. If you remove your items prior to the 90 days you will be charged your original monthly rent for the remaining time. In addition, if the total number of items being stored falls under $24, you will still be charged $24 per month.
Yes. If you store your stuff with us for five days or less during your last month, your bill will be pro-rated. However if the account is not closed after five days, the full monthly rate is charged for that month.

Pick-up fees are calculated based on the type of item we’re picking up, whether you will require additional services (like disassembly or packing), and how long it takes to load all you're stuff. Bin pick-up fee is always a flat rate of $1.00
When you schedule your pick up, an item based pick-up fee is added to your cart. It is important to be as accurate as possible when choosing the type of item you’d like us to pick up
When we arrive for your pick up, our team will confirm your estimate and provide a written Service Order that will take into account anything you may have overlooked.
To avoid extra pick-up charges we suggest you be well organized, have your bins packed and ready when we arrive for pickup, disassemble all furniture, and have a clear path to what needs to be picked up to the street.
Delivery fees are calculated based on the type of item we’re delivering. Our Bin delivery fee is always a flat rate of $1.00.
Deliveries typically require 48 hours’ notice. But In some cases, it may be possible to make a rush delivery. Please contact our Customer Support team to make this request.
It's easy! When you no longer need storage, simply log in to your Urbin Attic account, go to My Attic and put a check next to all of your items, then click on the “Schedule Delivery or Pick-up” button.
All of your items in storage will be returned to you. If you have bins our movers will wait up to 20 minutes for you to empty them. If you need more time, no problem! We can schedule a pickup of the bins within 48 hours. Any time after that and storage fees will apply.

We can deliver one container or any number of items back at any time. Keep in mind that, for our customers’ privacy, we don’t open your bins, so we can’t deliver individual items out of a bin.
